Who is responsible

MarkSet AI operates this site and decides how the information described on this page is used (the data controller). MarkSet AI is based in the United States, so information you send through the site is received there. The contact form is the channel for any question or request about this page.

Contact form

When you send the contact form, the details you provide (name, email address, organization, phone number if you add one, and your message) are used only to respond to your inquiry. They are delivered to MarkSet AI as email through Resend, the email delivery provider, and a confirmation email is sent to you. Your details are never sold, shared for marketing, or added to a mailing list.

Legal basis: taking the steps you ask for by responding to your inquiry. The correspondence is kept only as long as the inquiry and any follow-up need it. Resend keeps email content and delivery logs for 30 days; it is based in the United States and certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Spam protection

Pages with the contact form load Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that submissions come from people rather than bots. Turnstile processes technical signals from your browser, including your IP address and browser characteristics, and when a submission is checked the server passes your IP address to Cloudflare as part of the verification. This runs on the basis of MarkSet AI's legitimate interest in keeping automated abuse out of the form. Details are in Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy notice. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Analytics

This site measures traffic with OpenPanel analytics running on MarkSet AI's own infrastructure. Analytics data stays on MarkSet AI's servers and is used only to understand how the site is used. Events record the page path and title, the domain a visit came from, campaign parameters, and coarse interactions such as a button click or a form submission. No advertising trackers or analytics cookies are used, IP addresses are not stored in analytics events, and contact-form contents are never included.

Visitors identified by Cloudflare as being in the UK, EU, EEA, or Switzerland are asked before analytics runs; the legal basis there is consent, which you can withdraw at any time. The country-level location used for that decision is not stored and is not sent to OpenPanel. Elsewhere analytics runs on the basis of MarkSet AI's legitimate interest in understanding site usage and can be turned off at any time from the footer.

Stored in your browser

This site sets no cookies. It uses two pieces of browser storage: a localStorage entry named markset_analytics_consent_v1 remembers your analytics choice until you clear site data, and a per-tab sessionStorage record holds campaign parameters for the visit and is deleted if you decline analytics. Cloudflare Turnstile may use its own storage under its own domain as part of the bot check.

Server logs and security

Like any web service, the servers that run this site process connection metadata such as IP addresses in access logs, and the contact form keeps a short-lived, in-memory count of submissions per connection to limit abuse. The legal basis is MarkSet AI's legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and available.

Your rights and choices

Use Analytics choices in the footer to allow or decline analytics on this browser at any time. Depending on where you live, you can also ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your details, object to or restrict their use, or receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these, reply to any message you received from MarkSet AI or send a request through the contact form, and the correspondence will be handled accordingly. If you are in the UK, EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
