How does education consulting relate to your business consulting?
Same model, education focus. Engagements run as monthly retainers with defined senior capacity, a 90 day launch, and ongoing support from month 4, applied to the workflows of a college: admissions, records, financial aid, student services, and the classroom.
Who keeps academic judgment when AI helps with course materials?
Faculty do, always. AI drafts and organizes: outlines, question banks, rubrics, and study guides. Faculty review, revise, and approve everything before it reaches students.
How do you handle student data?
Work involving student, financial aid, or health related data is handled with appropriate access controls, privacy aware implementation, and human review. Guidance on where AI should assist versus where staff must remain in control is part of every engagement.
Do you work with our existing campus systems?
Yes. Engagements build on what you already run: Microsoft 365, Moodle, Canvas, your student information system, and the spreadsheets in between. Nothing has to be replaced to start, and any modernization happens on your timeline.
